Step-by-Step: Getting Started with Video Gaming Terminal

Below is a summary of the necessary steps and fees associated with State/Local gaming licensing, in addition to a summary of the value-added services Lucky Lincoln Gaming can provide.  These steps are based on the current State of Illinois Gaming rules, as they may be similar to the State of North Carolina Gaming rules once approved. 

Step 1 - Lucky Lincoln Gaming can assist with on-site measurements of the potential video gaming space and provide a quality layout concept for gaming room construction (if applicable). This is a service we provide at no charge.

Step 2 - Lucky Lincoln Gaming can assist with the North Carolina Gaming Board paperwork necessary to submit the gaming application. We are more than happy to come back on-site to work together with your team to complete this process (usually 15-20 minutes). 

Step 3 - After the State reviews your application, they will designate individuals which will be subject to personal disclosure forms (anyone that is listed on the State Liquor License). Lucky Lincoln Gaming can assist you in completing these forms. During this process, our Relationship Management and Marketing Team will work beside your team to ensure a strong, custom marketing program is in place for the day the machines go-live.

Step 4 – Once approved by the State of North Carolina you may need to provide a nominal State Gaming License fee to the State of North Carolina. 

Step 5 – Go live with Video Gaming!

North Carolina has not given percentages but is expect to follow Illinois video gaming Act.
