OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

SPONSORSHIP. The Rake in the Cash Giveaway is sponsored by Licensed Establishments and Lucky Lincoln Gaming, LLC. Participating locations and Lucky Lincoln Gaming, LLC together are the Sponsors of the Giveaway.

 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Multiple ways to enter will be accepted, as detailed below, for multiple individual giveaway opportunities beginning at 12:00 AM Central Daylight-Saving Time (“CDT”) on September 15, 2022, and ends on October 31, 2022, 12:00 PM Central Daylight Savings Time (“CDT”) (the “Promotional Period”). The Promotional Period is subject to end at any time at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (LLG).

ELIGIBILITY: THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, WITH A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE OR A VALID GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO

I.D., AT TIME OF ENTRY (“Entrant”). Employees of LLG (“Sponsor”) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) and the members of their immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household with such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Owners their children, immediate family members, relatives, and individuals disclosed on the Participating Establishment’s Illinois Gaming Board Application (i.e. officers, video gaming manager, etc.) are not eligible to participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Awarding of the Grand Prize relieves the Sponsor of any tax obligations associated with the awarding of the Grand Prize Winning, and the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit any of the Participating Establishments during the Promotional Period and during the Participating Establishment’s regular posted business hours. For additional ways to enter:

• Join LLG Rewards Kiosk: Go to LLG Kiosk in Participating Locations and either enter all requested information on the LLG Rewards Program Kiosk (“Kiosk”), where available, and submit/join as directed OR
• Current LLG Rewards Members: Check in at your Participating and registered Establishment OR
• Scan a QR code at participating locations to fill out an entry form online.

 Your physical presence inside a Participating Establishment will be required to properly enter this promotion. Incomplete Entries are void. Entries must be received by the end of each individual Promotional period for a particular offered prize (“Giveaway Opportunity”). There is no purchase or fee required to enter. A purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per one (1) day, per Participating Establishment.

In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an Entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor satisfaction, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Sponsor and Participating Establishments are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, unreadable, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor has no obligation to advise an Entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant Entry.

PRIZE:

2. Grand Prize winner will be drawn and announced on @luckylincoln Facebook page on November 3, 2022, at 7:00 pm Central Standard Time.
3. Drawing: The drawing will take place on Facebook on November 3, 2022, at 7:00 pm CST. Entries will only be accepted up to midnight on October 31, 2022. Winner will be announced on Facebook and Lucky Lincoln Gaming, LLC website. Winner will be notified by phone. Winner can claim the prize up to 14 days after drawing. If the winner(s) does not claim the prize within the 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a secondary drawing shall occur at a date and time decide upon by the Sponsor.
4. Distribution of prizes: Once the Winner has been notified and confirmed, the disbursement of the prize can be 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Promotion Giveaway is subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor at any time. Cash and Gift Card Prizes are listed interchangeably and are subject to the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
